Meet Your Photographer!

Hello! :)

I'm Brooke Marsengill, I am a photographer located in Newport WA. I travel all over the states doing seasonal work so I'm often on the move. I started photography back in 2020 just going on fun photoshoots with my friends. I, probably like most of you, have dabbled in all sorts of hobbies, crafts, and careers that would lead me to find joy and the meaning in my work. Or my ikigai. I'm a strong believer in this Japanese word and concept that translates to your 'reason for being'. I believe photography is my ikigai and I am incredibly thankful for all my clients and everyone who has been supporting me along this adventure. I love traveling and getting to know all of my clients and making those friendships. Photography is more than just taking a simple picture for me. Taking a photograph is taking a moment from our fast-paced lives and capturing it, photography captures memories, it captures the beauty of life and it is a form of expression. I've always dreamed of becoming a full time photographer and make a living off of doing something that I love.
